Close enough to feel like having all the happenings in Seminyak downtown at your doorstep, but away enough to ensure quietness for undisturbed relaxed layback, Villa Rumi is located only a stone throw away off Jalan Laksmana, the main street of Seminyak.
Whilst most private villas in Seminyak are built in resort style which maximizes land usage, Villa Rumi offers something completely different. Its 750 square meters land plot makes it a real private holiday villa on its own with ample lawn and large swimming pool, not just a cottage with compact kitchen and small plunge pool.

Its three buildings are set in a u-shaped form surrounding decently manicured flat lawn. Upon entering the gate is open living and dining pavilion with comfortable couches, large dining table, and stereo system. On the left hand side is a pavilion housing two bedrooms, on the right hand side is a pavilion housing two bedrooms, kitchen, guest toilet, service area, and staff accommodation. At the remaining side, across the lawn from the living and dining pavilion, are a lap pool and relaxing poolside gazebo.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom, wardrobe area, king-sized bed, LCD TV with satellite program, safe, and air conditioning. Running hot and cold water are available in every bathroom. The master bathroom has a terrazzo bathtub whilst all the other three bedrooms have rain shower.
With its lawn size, in addition to private villa accommodation, Villa Rumi is also suitable for small event like parties or wedding ceremonies with up to 50 invitees. On site parking can accommodate two cars, but the street in front of the villa are wide enough for street side parking.
6 staffs are available at the villa including two night guards. Maid service is available between 8 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon, which can be altered upon your request with reasonable compensation. Cook is also available. Grocery shopping applies, at no additional cost.
